How does your DJ prepare the music and timeline for your wedding?
About 30 days before the wedding, a meeting with your assigned DJ finalizes the ceremony and reception timeline, important songs, announcements and pace of the evening.

The couple’s entrance, first dance, dinner, speeches, games and dance-floor opening are added to the wedding timeline.
Prepare your wedding playlist
Share your favourite styles, traditions, special requests and do-not-play songs. Our team spends up to ten hours organizing the music, checking versions and preparing your DJ.

Our wedding DJ packages start at $1,650 + tax. Pricing varies with service length, guest count, sound zones, team size and options. Every price and inclusion is shown on this page for easy comparison.
02What does the MC service include?+
MC service includes announcements, transitions, microphone coordination and games when requested. We adapt the level of interaction to your preferences; some packages also include a dedicated MC.
03Can we choose our music?+
Yes. We respect your favourites and do-not-play list while giving your DJ the flexibility to read the dance floor and keep guests engaged.
04Is the planning meeting included?+
Yes. It usually takes place about 30 days before the wedding with your assigned DJ to finalize the timeline and music.
05What happens if our DJ is unavailable?+
Our team keeps a backup DJ available and can rely on trusted collaborators. Every DJ also carries backup equipment.
06Can you provide sound for the ceremony and cocktail?+
Yes. The Reception and higher packages include separate ceremony and cocktail setups. The Intimate uses the main system for a ceremony in the same room; an outdoor or separate-room setup is available as an option.
07How do we reserve our wedding DJ?+
After accepting the quote, a 30% deposit based on the pre-tax amount confirms the booking. You then receive your confirmation, planning form and planning-meeting link.
